Fall 2025

Our biggest fundraiser of the year is back! The Apex Fun Run combines fitness, character lessons, and school spirit — all while raising important funds for Grace Hartman Elementary.

Each student will participate in daily leadership lessons and run as many laps as they can on event day — with classmates cheering them on! The Apex team is on campus daily, teaching what it means to be a true leader.

🎉 Students love getting involved in:

  • Pie-ing “Can’t Stop Cam” in the face
  • Grade-level silly string battles
  • Pancake Party with the Principal
  • Ultimate Extra Recess

The more we raise, the bigger the celebration!

📅 Important Dates:

  • Program Dates: October 27 – November 7, 2025
  • KICKOFF Pep Rally: Tuesday, October 28
  • Fun Run Day: Friday, November 7

🙌 How You Can Help:

  1. Register your student on the Apex platform (coming soon!)
  2. Share their fundraising link with friends and family
  3. Volunteer on run day — cheer, mark laps, or hand out water!
